This is KLSV Premier's official anti-scam, impersonation and platform-boundary page. It explains what KLSV does not do, how fake agents misuse the brand, and how fraudulent advertisers can be removed or blacklisted.

Official Domain & Anti-Counterfeit Notice
As KLSV grows, third parties may copy our name, logo, screenshots or profile layout. Protect yourself with these basic rules.
- Use official KLSV domains only. Avoid look-alike URLs and cloned landing pages.
- KLSV has no WhatsApp booking agents, customer service managers, drivers or deposit collectors.
- Profile contact buttons connect users to independent advertiser contact channels. KLSV does not intercept or broker your chat.
What KLSV Does Not Do
- We do not collect booking deposits or platform fees.
- We do not hold escrow payments or verify hotel rooms.
- We do not send drivers, security staff or agency bosses.
- We do not guarantee real-time availability, private outcomes or advertiser claims.
- We do not request OTP, TAC, IC, passport, banking login or gift card codes.
Zero-Tolerance Advertiser Policy
If an advertiser uses KLSV exposure to defraud users or impersonate others, KLSV may remove and blacklist the listing.
Deposit fraud
Suspicious upfront transfers, e-wallet deposits, taxi fees, insurance fees or booking fees before basic verification.
Voucher extortion
Razer Gold, Steam, iTunes, 7-Eleven, KK Mart, reload pins or other voucher-code requests.
Bait and switch
Stolen, fake, heavily misleading or unrelated photos used to attract users.
Fake agent networks
Anyone pretending to be KLSV staff, official manager, security officer or coordinator.
Blackmail threats
Threatening exposure, violence, penalties or compensation after a user refuses to proceed.
Repeated complaints
Credible multi-user reports of scam-like conduct, misleading listings or payment pressure.
How to Report a Fake Profile or Scam Attempt
Send enough information for a useful review. Do not send unrelated private identity documents unless officially requested.
- Profile name and profile URL.
- Phone number, Telegram handle or contact ID involved.
- Short description of what happened.
- Screenshots showing deposit, voucher, impersonation or threat behavior.
- Payment details only if money was already transferred.
What Happens After a Report
- Review KLSV reviews the profile, contact pattern and evidence submitted.
- Temporary hide or suspension Listings may be hidden during review where necessary.
- Permanent removal Profiles that violate platform safety standards can be removed from the directory.
- Blacklist notes Repeat offenders may be blacklisted from future listing approval.
Official Financial Scam Safety Notice
If you already transferred money or suspect financial fraud, contact your bank or e-wallet provider immediately, preserve screenshots and receipts, and stop sending additional money.
For active financial scam loss in Malaysia, call NSRC 997. PDRM Semak Mule can also be used to check suspicious bank accounts and phone numbers, but a clean result is not a guarantee of safety.

No. KLSV does not collect deposits, hold escrow, process booking payments or act as a middleman in private arrangements.
Is someone claiming to be a KLSV booking agent real?
No. KLSV does not operate WhatsApp booking agents, customer service managers, drivers or platform-fee collectors.
Can KLSV recover money after a scam?
KLSV can review and remove abusive listings, but fund recovery and criminal investigation must go through banks, e-wallet providers and relevant authorities.
Can a profile be blacklisted?
Yes. Credible reports involving fraud, impersonation, voucher requests, blackmail or repeated complaints can lead to permanent removal and blacklist controls.
