Information needed for a removal request
A complete request should identify the exact content and the reason for review.
- The exact URL where the content appears.
- For Malaysia city profile cards, include the city page URL and screenshot of the specific profile card because daily updates may replace old profile cards.
- The name, phone number, image, city, or profile detail that needs review.
- Whether the request is about consent, impersonation, outdated information, incorrect contact details, private information, or safety risk.
- A safe way for KLSV to reply without exposing extra personal information.
What KLSV may do after review
The review outcome depends on the content type and the evidence supplied.
Remove or hide content
Visible profile details, images, or city 照片 updates may be removed when the request is clear and credible.
Correct stale details
Outdated contact, city, rate, or profile notes can be corrected when newer information is confirmed.
Request more detail
When the content cannot be identified, KLSV may ask for URL, screenshot, city, profile name, or contact number references.
