What to send to support
A clear message is easier to review when it points to the exact page, city card, or chat issue.
- The profile URL or city page URL you opened.
- For Malaysia city profile cards, include the city page and a screenshot of the profile card because the profile-card image may be replaced during the next daily update.
- The visible profile name, photo number, city, area, or contact number shown on the listing.
- A short explanation of what looks unsafe, outdated, inconsistent, unclear, or scam-like.
- Screenshots of public listing details or suspicious chat/payment requests, with your private information removed.
Reports that should be treated as urgent
Stop the conversation and keep evidence when one of these problems appears.
- The contact asks for urgent deposit, verification fee, refund fee, or unlock fee before basic details are clear.
- The name, photos, phone number, rate, or city changes repeatedly after you move into private chat.
- The contact sends suspicious links, APK files, unknown payment pages, or requests for OTP or banking details.
- The listing appears to use non-consensual, underage, stolen, or impersonated material.
- The chat includes threats, blackmail, exposure pressure, or requests for private identity documents.
Malaysia city profile card reports
Malaysia city profile cards are current profile snapshots, not separate public profile pages. Daily updates may replace yesterday’s profile cards.
Use the city page as the URL
Send the city page link and identify the specific profile card or screenshot. Do not expect an individual /profile/ URL for these city profile cards.
Attach the current profile-card screenshot
The profile-card image contains the name and profile details, so a screenshot helps support review even after old profile cards are removed.
Confirm before payment
If the city profile card and WhatsApp conversation do not match, stop and report before sending money or private details.
